Luke...I agree that the drop curbs seem random...the roads will be built up when finished, and I believe that they will raise the ironworks when they do this...but we'll have to wait to see how much the surface will be raised...10cm sounds a lot!! - Nick

Who do we talk to about filling in the gap for our car access from the road up the curb to our car park, we are in the chieftain way flats opposite the school and have a very high curb to go up in the car to get to the car park, obviously this is not good for the cars and nothing has been done to fill in the gradiant?

Tracey - I'll pass this comment through to Gallaghers in case they have any spare tarmac in the area...I know that they did this for the Chambers Drive entrance on Topper Street - however, I think that it's likely to be something that InSpace should look to address as they built the flats and the access to them...I'd suggest you contact the management company for the flats...

Have the Persimmon flats been handed over to the management company yet? If not it may explain why they're never cleaned, and why we haven't had a bill in the 14 months we've lived there?

Tracey - response from Steve Riley at Gallagher... "Nick, As part of the on going works, Galliford will be going around the site to provide temporary tarmac ramps at all locations where the kerbs are high due to there being no wearing course. Tom - I had certainly assumed the management company were in charge of all the occupied Persimmon properties...we definitely paid them an initial management sum when we purchased our house...
